 Sliders Baseball & Softball is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 by a passionate group of young parents, Sliders Baseball & Softball quickly became a pillar of our community. Over the years, the organization saw many successful seasons, but as time passed, its direction and mission shifted, leading to a decline in participation. At its lowest point, Sliders Baseball & Softball was reduced to just two teams, and many local kids either lost interest or sought opportunities elsewhere.

However, 2024 marked a turning point. We revitalized Sliders Baseball & Softball, bringing together a fantastic group of individuals who share a strong commitment to our youth and a

unified vision for the future.

Our mission remains steadfast: to provide exceptional opportunities for young athletes in our community.

Our teams compete in tournaments across the Mid-Missouri region, including our own tournament, which draws 500-600 patrons—a significant contribution to the local economy. On any given weekend, our players are in front of hundreds of spectators, representing the Sliders and showcasing the talent and

sportsmanship that our organization fosters.

In addition to our on-field success, our social media presence has exploded over the past year, reaching more families and potential athletes than ever before. Our community engagement has grown, and we're proud of the positive impact we're making both online and offline.
